1. Getting Started

VibeStock Catalog Sync runs embedded directly within your Shopify Admin. Once installed, access the app by navigating to Shopify Admin > Apps > VibeStock Catalog Sync.

2. Supported File Formats

VibeStock accepts supplier catalogs up to 50 MB in file size in either of the following formats:

• CSV Files (.csv): Standard comma-delimited, UTF-8 encoded spreadsheets.
• Excel Workbooks (.xlsx): Modern OpenXml spreadsheets. VibeStock automatically parses the primary worksheet with high-throughput native streaming.

3. Configurable Column Mapping

Suppliers frequently format catalogs with non-standard column headers. VibeStock's schema mapper enables you to bind supplier headers to standard Shopify fields:

• SKU — The primary unique product or variant identifier (Mandatory).
• Title — The commercial product display title (Mandatory).
• Price — The catalog unit sales price or cost (Mandatory, must be > 0.00).
• Inventory Quantity — Available supplier physical stock units (Mandatory, non-negative integer).

4. Saved Mapping Profiles (Reusable Supplier Templates)

To avoid manually re-mapping headers on recurring weekly or daily catalog drops:

1. Configure your column mappings in the mapping screen.
2. Click Save Mapping Profile and assign a supplier name (e.g. Acme Electronics Fall).
3. On subsequent catalog uploads from that vendor, select the saved profile from the dropdown to instantly populate all field assignments.
4. Profiles are stored securely and isolated exclusively to your store account.

5. Preview / Dry-Run (Zero Side-Effect Verification)

Before any records touch your live store, run a non-mutating preview:

• Click Preview / Dry-Run. The engine normalizes prices, checks data quality, and audits for duplicate SKUs.
• The Preview Summary banner displays Total Rows, Valid Rows, Warnings, and Quarantined Errors.
• Zero database records or Shopify Admin API mutations are written during preview.

6. Staging Review Gate & Publication

When you are satisfied with the dry-run inspection, click Confirm & Import Catalog. VibeStock commits the validated batch and synchronizes your product catalog and inventory directly to Shopify using the Shopify Admin GraphQL API.

7. Quotas & Commercial Plans

• Starter Tier ($29/mo): 2,500 Managed Active SKUs.
• Growth Tier ($59/mo): 10,000 Managed Active SKUs with a 14-day free trial and Saved Mapping profiles.
• Scale Tier ($129/mo): 50,000 Managed Active SKUs with priority synchronization queues.
